Millstone Property Community Housing – Progress Report

The Brewster Affordable Housing Trust (BAHT) has held two community engagement sessions regarding the Millstone property, 16+ acres of Town owned land designated for community housing purposes. The following information from the sessions is provided for your review: the first community engagement report from Barrett Planning Group, LLC which describes the process and findings of initial interviews and the first community outreach meeting; PowerPoint presentations on the Millstone property and affordable housing financing from the second community engagement session and a video tour of the area surrounding the Millstone parcel. Additionally, a Visual Preference Survey is now available for all town residents. Please share your thoughts. This survey will be online until Friday December 6th.
